Amber Lenz is the President of First Texan Realty Group and works primarily in development, office, retail, investment, land and multifamily. First Texan Realty manages several Apartment communities, Retail centers, and Office complexes to optimize their clients’ cash flow potential. In 2008, Amber attained the CCIM designation and opened the First Texan Realty offices at Huebner. Recently, Amber and the First Texan team have assisted several buyers in purchasing Investment properties and spearheading renovation plans to maximize each investment. Amber was honored as one of CCIM's National Rising Stars in 2010. She believes that every real estate purchase is an investment, which is why the company offers Commercial and Residential specialists. Amber has a passion for assisting her clients in growing their wealth through real estate, but the First Texan Realty team has several residential specialists to help Buyers, Sellers, and future renters find the right home.
Background
Amber was born and raised in San Antonio. She is a third generation business owner who has strong local roots with banks, architects, construction companies, and city representatives. While playing golf for the Mustangs at Southern Methodist University, Amber received a B.A. in Advertising with a Concentration in Management. After college, Amber worked on media campaigns for national companies such as Powerbar and Nestle. While working full-time in advertising she worked part-time for a local apartment owner leasing vacant units. Commercial real estate quickly became an obvious career choice after witnessing the success of her investors.
